HOUSING LOAN – RENOVATION, IMPROVEMENT & CONSTRUCTION

Purpose of the Loan

This loan is designed to finance the construction, renovation, or improvement of a residential property.

Eligibility Requirements

The applicant must:

• Be a client of ATLANTIQUE MICROFINANCE PLC;
• Have a good repayment history and demonstrate reliability;
• Provide valid legal documents relating to the land or property where the construction or renovation will take place;
• Provide acceptable collateral;
• Present a detailed plan or budget for the proposed works.

Loan Features

• Loan amount: From FRW 100,000 to FRW 180,000,000;
• Loan term: Up to 5 years;
• Collateral: Immovable property and/or savings held in an account;
• Repayment: Monthly instalments.

Important Note

Failure to comply with the agreed repayment schedule and/or failure to actively use the account may reduce the customer’s eligibility for future loans.
